  • Yes, drop-in classes are available! However, membership provides the best value and access to our full range of offerings. We’d be happy to discuss the best option for you!

  • For your safety and comfort, grip socks are required for all reformer classes. We have grip socks available for purchase in-house. Other than that, just bring yourself—and a readiness to grow!

  • Yes! We believe wellness is holistic. Vie offers private training, wellness coaching, light refreshments and snacks, and a boutique stocked with curated wellness essentials, apparel, and more!
